Active Rehab and Fitness Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy company located in a spacious 4200+ sq. ft. clinic in Lexington, Kentucky. We have created a unique multi -wellness provider group that also offers in house Pilates/personal training and massage therapy in addition to our full spectrum of outpatient physical therapy services. We can also offer/provide in-home physical therapy services for clients who are unable to visit us.

Reasons to Use Active Rehab Physical Therapy
Immediate patient appointments (typically within 1-2 days).Most insurances do not need a physician referral.
For those indicated, we are one of the only PT clinics in the area able to offer/provide aquatic therapy.
We accept and are in network with nearly all insurance companies. We also offer very affordable privatepay options.
We provide a unique patient-centered personalized type of care. This is similar to the popular "concierge" model being used in medicine. Our patients often have access to communicate directly with the therapist.
The majority of care is 1:1 with the same PT and we do not over schedule. Treatment emphasis is on functionally driven exercise/movement patterns with manual therapy and modalities only to compliment care.
